The Josy-Jo Restaurant is renowned in France and abroad for its regional specialties as well as its prime meat and fish prepared in front of the customer.

The restaurant, created in the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes in 1970, is now  between Cyril Mendjisky hands

A CHIC AND RELAXED ATMOSPHERE

The exposed beams, pebbled walls, the original tiles still remain. The dining room is warm and inviting. The tables made in wood and wrought iron are dressed in white table runners.

The terrace shaded by the arbor of Bougainvillea offers a haven of peace and some coolness during summer.

of the Ingredients

A simple and tasty cuisine

The chef focuses on revealing the original essence of each product. The exact flavours that gourmets will appreciate: Stuffed vegetables, zucchini flower fritters, barigoule artichokes.

Rib eye, lamb ribs, whole veal kidneys … are cut to order and simply grilled over charcoal.
