A CUISINE FROM THE HEART: SIMPLE AND HEALTHY

The chef, Josy, focuses on unveiling the original flavour of products from Provence and the Mediterranean. The flavours of her childhood, discovered during family meals, are her source of inspiration. With that in mind, she will gladly suggest an assortment of specialties to put in the centre of the table in order to share with friends. Everyone can enjoy a zucchini flower shaped as a fritter, some supper evenly dipped in olive oil and basil, a few artichokes gently simmered in barigoule …

The meats are cut to order and grilled in front of the customer on a charcoal grill. Depending on your wishes, ask the grill chef to suggest for you a nice piece of beef charolais or lamb from the Hautes Alpes. We have a special of grilled offals: sweetbreads, calf liver and whole kidney unveil a delicate flavour thanks to this simple and healthy cooking method.

Traditional desserts

Finish your meal on a gentle note by savouring the classic crème brulée, the famous home lemon mousse, or let yourself be tempted by the seasonal mille-feuille with roasted fruits.
